The Graduate Certificate Program offers five 15-credit programs specifically tailored to provide students with practical knowledge of conflict analysis and resolution relevant to their focused areas of work. The program is designed for midcareer professionals and offers the following five options for specification: Environmental Conflict Resolution and Collaboration; Conflict Analysis and Resolution Advanced Skills; Conflict Analysis and Resolution Collaborative Leadership in Community Planning; Conflict Analysis and Resolution for Prevention, Reconstruction, and Stabilization; and World Religions, Diplomacy, and Conflict Resolution.

The Office of Academic Outreach in the College of Health and Human Services provides adult educational services that support the continued professional development and competency of practicing health professionals. This is accomplished through collaborative relationships with expert health and instructional resources both internal and external to the university. Sponsored activities are based on the interests and needs of individual learners and contracting organizations. The office welcomes the opportunity to partner with other offices and agencies, affiliated or not affiliated with the university, that have compatible interests and goals in support of continued professional development for health professionals.

The Office of Continuing Professional Education (OCPE) promotes lifelong learning through the design and delivery of continuing professional education and training programs for individuals and organizations. Supported program activities include contracted academic programs, noncredit public programs and seminars, professional certificate programs, online certificate courses, and on-site contract credit and noncredit training programs. OCPE is certified to award CEUs and provides the service to all Mason academic groups delivering noncredit professional development programs.

The Office of Education Services (OES) collaborates with the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) faculty, school divisions, and local, state, and national agencies. It provides credit and noncredit courses, educational services, resources, and professional development to enhance the quality of education for students, to further develop highly qualified teachers, outstanding school leaders, and other school personnel, and contribute to the overall improvement of PK–12 education. OES serves as a clearinghouse and portal for individual requests for research assistance, consultation, and collaboration, and provides support to CEHD academic programs to enhance their outreach efforts.
